Getting Started
What to Expect as a New Patient
Schedule Your Consultation
Book your initial appointment through our Athenahealth portal. Choose a time that works for your schedule.
Complete Your Intake Forms
You will receive a link to your new patient forms via the portal. Please complete them at least 48 hours before your appointment so your provider can review your health history in advance.
Your First Visit
Expect a longer-than-typical appointment. Your provider will discuss your history, goals, and the lab panel we will begin with.
Lab Work
Depending on your program, lab orders will be placed at or after your visit. We work with your local lab for convenient local draws.
Results Review
Once your labs are processed, you will schedule a results review appointment where your provider walks through every finding with you in detail.
Your Protocol
Based on your results and goals, you will receive a personalized wellness protocol to begin implementing between visits.

Payment & Insurance
Financial Information
The Marche Method is a direct-pay practice and does not accept or bill insurance. This model allows us to focus entirely on your care — not on insurance constraints. Membership fees are billed monthly and cover your ongoing coaching, lab interpretation, supplement protocols, and priority scheduling.
Lab fees through Evexia Diagnostics are separate and will be communicated transparently prior to ordering. We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA payments.
New Patient Offer
We offer an introductory discount for new patients on their first membership month — so you can experience the full Marche Method before committing long term. Ask about our new patient rate when scheduling your first consultation.
